美国商标注册的商标描述（Mark Description） 本身没有强制大小写规则，但大小写必须与图样 /申请类型严格一致，否则会被驳回。
无强制大小写：可全大写、全小写、首字母大写，TEAS 系统会自动转为标准字体TMEP。
描述固定模板（大小写不影响，直接复制）：
The mark consists of standard characters, without claim to anyparticular font, style, size, or color.
关键：描述与图样大小写必须一致。
图样是 “Apple” → 描述写 “the standard character mark 'Apple'”
图样是 “APPLE” → 描述写 “the standard character mark 'APPLE'”
必须精准匹配图样：大小写、字体、颜色、排版 一致。
示例：
The mark consists of the stylized wording "TechPro" (首字母大写) inblue, above a black square design.
错误：图样是 “TechPro”，描述写 “techpro” → 驳回。
审查不区分大小写：“Apple”“APPLE”“apple” 在 USPTO 数据库中视为相同商标。
保护范围：标准字符注册保护文字本身，不限大小写 / 字体；特殊形式注册仅保护图样中的大小写 / 设计USPTO。
使用一致性：注册时的大小写，实际使用必须一致，否则可能影响权利。
中文无大小写，直接写原文 + 音译 + 翻译。
示例：
The mark consists of the Chinese characters "苹果" withtransliteration "Ping Guo" and translation "Apple".
先看图样：描述中的大小写完全照搬图样。
标准字符：用固定模板，不额外写大小写TMEP。
特殊形式：明确写 “stylized wording 'XXX'”，大小写与图样一致。
颜色声明：大小写不影响颜色描述，但颜色必须与图样一致。
