美国商标注册的商标描述部分要怎么写

一、什么是「商标描述」？

就是告诉专利局：你的商标长什么样、是什么形式。

二、常用 4 种模板（直接复制）

1. 纯英文商标（Standard Characters）

常用，就是普通字母、无设计、无字体直接写：The mark consists of standard characters,without claim to any particular font, style, size, or color.

2. 有设计 / LOGO 商标（Stylized letters + design）

直接写：The mark consists of the stylized wording [填你的商标名] and [图形 /设计描述].

例子：The mark consists of the stylized wording "ABC" and a graphicdesign of a star.

3. 纯图形 / 图案商标（只有图，没有文字）

直接写：The mark consists of a [图形形状 / 内容].

例子：The mark consists of a stylized cat design.

4. 中英文 / 其他文字商标

直接写：The mark consists of the Chinese characters [写中文] with thetransliteration "XXX" and translation "XXX".

三、如果你有颜色

加一句：The colors [颜色] are claimed as a feature of the mark.
