The 2027 HOTELEX Ice Maker Exhibition (the 35th ShanghaiInternational Hotel Ice Making E and Commercial Ice MakerExhibition) will be held from March 31 to April 3, 2027 at theShanghai Hongqiao National Convention and Exhibition Center. As oneof the most specialized and complete vertical sub exhibitions inthe HOTELEX series, this ice maker exhibition is hosted by ShanghaiBohua International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and has been held for 34consecutive sessions, becoming the only national level industryplatform in the Asia Pacific region that focuses on the full sceneapplication of commercial ice making e.
