简述：一般原产地证明书是证明货物原产于某一特定国家或地区，享受进口国正常关税(Zui惠国)待遇的证明文件。它使用与任何国家的进出口贸易往来。其全称certificateoforigin.作用范围是征收关税、贸易统计、保障措施、歧视性数量限制、反倾销和反补贴、原产地标记、政府采购等。一般原产地证明书（c.o.）可以分为两种，一种是由中国国际贸易促进委员会（简称ccpit）签发，另外一种是由中国进出口检验检疫中心（简称ciq）签发。其中ccpit是可以代表中国国际商会的机构，所以国外进口商要求出口方出具由中国商会签发的co时，可以去贸促会加盖“ccpit代表中国商会”的章。原产地证是进行国际间贸易的一项重要文件。（ps：原产地证就是出口货物的“国籍”或“户口所在地”证明） 

Brief description: The general certificateof origin is a certification document that certifies that the goodsare originated in a specific country or region and enjoy the normaltariff (most favored nation) treatment of the importing country. Ituses import and export trade with any country. Its full name iscertificate of origin. Its scope of action is the collection oftariffs, trade statistics, safeguard measures, discriminatory restrictions, anti-dumping and countervailing, markingof origin, government procurement, etc. Generally, the certificateof origin (c.o.) can be divided into two types, one is issued bythe China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (ccpit),and the other is issued by the China Import and Export Inspectionand Center (ciq). Among them, ccpit is an organizationthat can represent the China Chamber of International Commerce, sowhen foreign importers require exporters to issue a co issued bythe China Chamber of Commerce, they can go to the CCPIT to stamp"ccpit on behalf of the China Chamber of Commerce". The certificateof origin is an important document for international trade. (Ps:The certificate of origin is the "nationality" or "location ofresidence" certificate of the exported goods)
