申请代办使馆加签注意事项：

　　1、要提供清洁合格的加签文件，避免用不清洁或破损的文件，避免使用过期的原产地证，出具的CI要正规，CI纸太薄的要粘贴一张白纸。

　　2、加签文件须有公司章和贸促会加签章(及签名)，避免印章漏盖、反盖或多盖以及印章不清，文件附页应粘连在正页上．并在交接处加盖贸促会骑缝章。
