产地证使馆认证需注意的地方：

A:产地证中第l栏与1栏的公司名称必须相符，CI上公司名称与所盖公司也需相符。

B:产地证中第6-10栏的内容如有错不能更改、只能重新出单。

C:中国香港有特殊要求：产地证栏，不管是代理公司还是中国香港公司！都需要填公司名以及地址；唛头以及品名不能出现不能翻译的英文或是公司LOGO.

D:产地证签发日期不能早于CI日期。

E:收货人要有详细公司名及地址；

F:产地证第8栏，要求打四位,但根据信用证客户要求打六位、八位、十位等双数也可以。

Non-certification requirements.

Embassy certification is the promotion and confirmation ofdocuments by diplomatic or embassy agencies in the name of thecountry. Therefore, when your document contains content thatviolates the laws and regulations of my country and the countrywhere the document is used, harms my country’s sovereignty anddignity and social public interests, the certification authorityhas the right not to certify. At the same time, foreign-relatednotarization/books, related certificates, documents, etc. will notbe certified if they do not comply with the "Notarization Law" andthe "Notarization Procedure Rules". The right to interpret theaccreditation of the embassy belongs to the Ministry of ForeignAffairs.

Certification of basic personal information:

1. The applicant's birth certificate, certificate ofnon-criminal sanctions, and marital status certificate (divorcedpersons must provide notarization of the divorce agreement or courtdivorce judgment in addition to the certificate of non-remarriage)must be notarized at the notary office where the applicant islocated;

2. Applicants should apply for authentication at the Ministry ofForeign Affairs with the above notarization/book and then go to theIndonesian Embassy in China to apply for authentication in personwith the notarization/book and its copy.

不予认证的规定.

使馆认证是外交或使馆机构以country名义进行文书推介和确认的活动。因此，当您的文书中有违反我国及文书使用国法律法规，损害我国主权和尊严及社会公共利益等内容时，认证机*关有权不予认证。同时，涉外公证/书、相关证明、单据等不符合《公证法》及《公证程序规则》等有关规定时不予认证。关于使馆认证的相关解释权归外交部所有。

办-理个人基本资料认证：

1、      申请人的出生证明、未受刑事处分证明、婚姻状况证明（离异者除未再婚证明外，还须提供离婚协议书公证或法院离婚判决书公证）须在本人所在地的公证处公证；

2、      申请人持上述公证/书到外交部申请认证后持公证/书及其复印件亲自到印尼驻华使馆申请认证。
