什么时候需要办-理大使馆认证？

　　答：按照国际惯例和中国大使馆实践，我国公民在国外学习、工作、居住，或是在国内办-理出国签证时，常需要使用一些由国内公证处出具的涉外公证/书，如出生公证、未受刑事处分公证、授权委托书公证、合同公证等等。这些公证/书在送国外使用前一般需要办-理大使馆认证；企业法人因境外经贸活动需要，常需向贸促机构申请原产地证、Invoice、装箱单等，或向出入境检验检疫机构申请原产地证明、动植物出口检疫证明书,上述文书在发往国外使用前，一般需办-理大使馆认证。反之，外国有关文书在送我国使用前，也需办-理相应的大使馆认证。

申请单位如何办-理大使馆认证？

已在贸促会办-理原产地证注册的申请单位需填写《代理大使馆认证申请表》，提交需要办-理大使馆认证的文件，未在贸促会办-理原产地证注册的申请单位还需提交个人的明（或护*照）、单位介绍信、营业执照及贸促会认为有必要提供的其他佐证。对于以“国际商事证明书”形式办-理的文件，须另外填写《办-理国际商事证明书申办表》，提供有效的营业执照。

How to apply for the embassy certification?

Applicants who have been registered with the CCPITOffice-Certificate of Origin need to fill in the "Acting EmbassyCertification Application Form" and submit the documents that needto be certified by the CCPIT Office-Certificate of Origin.Applicants who have not registered with the CCPITOffice-Certificate of Origin must also submit Personalidentification (or passport), unit introduction letter, businesslicense and other supporting evidence deemed necessary by CCPIT.For documents processed in the form of "International CommercialCertificate", the "Application Form for International CommercialCertificate of Management" must be filled in separately and a validbusiness license shall be provided.

　　我国出口企业在出口贸易业务中，根据进口国的规定或进口商的要求，需要对涉外商业单据文件办-理大使馆认证时，出口企业可以委托贸促会代为办-理。

　　 委托代理时，申请单位应填写《大使馆认证申办表》，提交需要办-理大使馆认证的单据文件。单据文件应当具备以下条件：

　　 ——符合大使馆的规定要求（语言、份数、相关单据文件）；

　　 ——单据文件必须合法有效、真实可靠、正确无误；

　　 ——单据文件应当是正式制作的，根据需要可以是正本、副本、甚至是复印件（如报关单），但不能为手写。

　　 ——单据文件卷面整洁，文字、签字应当清晰；印章不清、模糊，盖倒、重复盖两个章的单据文件不受理。

　　 贸促会签证机构经审查，认为材料齐备、符合条件的，可以接受代理申请。
