俄罗斯领事出台新规:

近日，俄罗斯驻上海总领事出台了一项新的规定：凡是已经过俄方公司签章的合同或协议类文件，领事不再受理相关签章申请。对此，俄领事给出的理由是，文件已经经过俄方确认，没有再做领事签章的必要。请广大企业在送办文件时务必注意。

俄罗斯上海领事签章要求如下：

1、领事对签章文件的俄文翻译要求比较高，存在退件的可能，建议企业只做英文件，只可送上海领事办-理。

2、授权书须有签字、签章及签署日期，签字只可法人签，并注明签字人的职务。

3、商业Invoice、价格单、报关单、外销合同、供货商证明等部分文件领事不予签章。

4、文件日期不能与当前日期相差太久（三个月内为宜）。

5、国外证/书（包括TUV、、DNV等）领事不予签章，任何形式都不可签章。
