昨日，成都海关相关负责人表示，从一季度四川外贸数据来看，成都依然保持着“领头羊”地位，发挥着“主干”引领作用。

一季度，成都实现进出口1742.4亿元，同比增长25.7%，占四川外贸进出口总值的88.6%。四川进出口值排名第2至4位的分别为绵阳(53.2亿元)、宜宾(45.2亿元)、德阳(22.1亿元)。

统计数据显示，一季度成都实现出口963.1亿元，同比增长40.3%，占四川外贸出口总值的87.5%；进口779.3亿元，同比增长11.3%，占四川外贸进口总值的90%。

成都海关该负责人分析认为，纵观一季度成都外贸运行数据情况，主要呈现有“一带一路”外贸持续增长、民营企业进出口增长较快、加工贸易进出口占比较高且增长快、与主要贸易伙伴进出口持续增长、综保区保持持续增长等五大特点和亮点。

一季度，成都对“一带一路”沿线国家进出口522.5亿元，同比增长11.8%，占比为30%，其中进出口值三的分别为越南、马来西亚、以色列。统计还显示，目前成都的外贸进出口主要贸易伙伴为美国、欧盟和东盟，一季度成都对美国进出口417.6亿元，同比增长40.8%；欧盟360.7亿元，同比增长35.9%；东盟343.9亿元，同比增长4.1%。

值得特别关注的是，一季度成都外商投资企业进出口1372.9亿元，同比增长24.4%；民营企业进出口290.8亿元，同比增长49.1%。另外，综保区进出口保持持续增长，是一季度成都外贸运行中的另一大亮点。一季度成都高新综合保税区进出口1360.4亿元，同比增长26.2%。
