阿联酋大使馆认证-授权书双认证

常见的有阿根廷和埃及，该国海关就明确规定，凡是我国出口到该国的货物，必须出具一般原产地证明书，并由其驻华使馆审核后，在证书背面加盖印章，对证书加以确认，该批货物方能顺利通关。

这种在有效单证上由驻华使馆盖章认证的做法，就叫“使馆认证”。

1，华南地区分香港加签和北京加签，并不是全国的，华东地区的，有些可以在上海加签。

在香港加签的使馆有：埃及，沙特，阿联酋，阿根廷，科威特，阿曼，巴林，巴西。

其中，阿根廷和巴西只认证香港公司的文件。
