1．申请人填写认证申请书，将所需认证的证书提交给外交部领事司认证处并交纳相应的认证费用；

1. the applicant shall fill in the application form forcertification, submit the required certification to thecertification office of the consular department of the ministry offoreign affairs and pay the corresponding certification fee;

2．外交部确认后交给驻华大使馆认证加签；

2. after the ministry of foreign affairs confirms it, it shallsubmit it to the embassy in china for authentication andsignature.

3．经大使馆认证加签后的证书由原路返回外交部认证处；

3. the certificate signed and authenticated by the embassy shallbe returned to the certification office of the ministry of foreignaffairs by the original way;

4．外交部将认证后的证书交还给申请人。
