商业文件及办-理药品、医疗骑械、保/健/品、化妆品类签章所需材料：

办-理商业文件所需材料：

1、      中国公司予以印尼合作公司的委托信、代理信或授权书（注明详细地址），并附出口印尼产品的详细资料及印尼公司的营业执照复印件。

2、       自由销售证/书、产品成分证明、经营许可。

3、       中国公司的营业执照。

办-理药品、医疗器械、保/健/品、化妆品类签章所需材料:

1、      中华人民共和国药品、保-健-食-品生产许*可*证（市级以上药品、食品监督管理局签署）

2、      中华人民共和国药品、保-健-食-品销售证明书（市级以上药品、食品监督管理局签署）

3、       中华人民共和国药品GMP证/书

4、       企业法人营业执照

5、       中方公司授予印尼方的授权书

6、       授权书中所涉及的产口成分的说明（医疗器械类产品除外）

上述材料均需由中国国际贸易促进委-员会公证，或在当地公证部门公证；公证后的文件须由中华人民共和国外交部领事司签章处签章；送交领事签章的公证/书需附一份复印件以及被授权的印尼公司的营业执照的复印件。如其中某项已在印尼驻华领事签章过，须将其复印。

商业类文件是涉及公司业务的内容，主要有：

（1）用于通关结汇的各类商业文件，如：原产地证、商业Invioce、 装箱单、提单、商检证、屠宰证、船证明、保险单等；

（2）用于涉外商贸活动的各类证明文件，如：合同、报关单、授权书、代理协议、营业执照、资信证明、投标文件等

（3）其它与涉外商贸活动相关需办-理领事签章的文件。

商业文件签章流程：商业文件有些要做成商事证明书的形式，有些可以做成公证/书，然后送代理处递交外交部和领事签章。

 Commercial documents are related to the company'sbusiness, mainly including:

(1) Various commercial documents used for customs clearance andforeign exchange settlement, such as: certificate of origin,commercial Invioce, packing list, bill of lading, commodityinspection certificate, slaughter certificate, ship certificate,insurance policy, etc.;

(2) Various supporting documents used for foreign-relatedbusiness activities, such as contracts, customs declarations,authorization letters, agency agreements, business licenses, creditcertificates, bidding documents, etc.

(3) Other documents related to foreign-related businessactivities that need to be signed by the consul.

Commercial document signing process: Some commercial documentsshould be made into the form of commercial certificate, and somecan be made into notarization/book, and then sent to the agency tosubmit the signature of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and theconsulate.

Signing agency for foreign trade documents;

The signature and seal of foreign trade documents refers to thefunctions of the China Council for the Promotion of InternationalTrade/China Chamber of International Commerce in accordance withthe "China Council for the Promotion of International Trade-MemberConstitution", in accordance with international practices and there of relevant foreign authorities and customers, inaccordance with domestic export enterprises For the application,the relevant documents required by the letter of credit for customsclearance and settlement of export commodities or the documentsissued by relevant insurance companies, shipping companies andother institutions shall be signed.

对外贸易单据签章的签章机构；

对外贸易单据签章,是指中国国际贸易促进委-员会/中国国际商会按照《中国国际贸易促进委-员会章程》职能，依据国际惯例以及国外有关当局和客户的要求,应国内出口企业的申请，对信用证要求的用于出口商品通关结汇的有关单据或有关保险公司、船公司等机构出具的单据进行签章。

对拟送国外使用的文书办-理领事签章是否有时效规定？

　　答：部分种类的公证/书所涉及的事实具有可变性，如婚姻状况公证、未受刑事处分公证、健在公证、存款证明等，此类公证/书有效期一般为6个月。如公证/书本身已过时效，领事签章自然也就没有意义了。另外，一些country驻华领事在受理领事签章时对部分种类文书的时效性还有特殊规定，当事人应根据需要及时对文书办-理领事签章，办-理后要尽快使用。
