注意领事馆盖章对文种的规定及时间。

不同的country对办-理领事馆盖章的文种也有不同的要求，如向利比亚、科威特两国申请领事馆盖章时须附阿拉伯文的有关单据，向委内瑞拉、哥伦比亚、乌拉圭、玻利维亚申请领事馆盖章时则必须附西班牙文译文等。

在香港领事馆盖章一般是3个工作日，加上邮寄休假的时间，所以一般是7天。北京领事馆盖章的一般是在7-30个工作日，视country而定，委内瑞拉，利比亚，巴西，卡塔尔等国的时间较长，但一般都是三周左右。

已经在外国的涉外公证/书，是否可以向我国驻外领事馆申办领事盖章？

　　答：我国驻外领事馆不掌握国内公证处或其他出证机构的签字或印章备案，不便核实文书真伪，因此原则上不受理国内出具的公证/书或其他文书的盖章申请。当事人应将文书送回国内，按正常程序补办盖章处或外交部委托的地方外办的领事盖章和文书使用国驻华领事馆的盖章手续。

一些领事馆盖章的个别要求：

*巴基斯坦领事馆涉及金额的商业文件不予盖章；

*哥伦比亚领事馆要求授权书必须和营业执照一起盖章；

*科威特领事馆要求invoice必须与产地证及白色产地证一起盖章

蓝色产地证必须与白色产地证一起盖章

*利比亚领事馆单认产地证需附正本invoice，按invoice金额收费；

*印度尼西亚领事馆在办-理药品、医疗器械、保/健/品、化妆品类的文件时，需提供生产许*可*证、销售证/书、gmp证/书、营业执照、授权书、产品承认说明；
