　　巴西驻华使馆告，即日起，江浙沪皖鲁五省出具的文书送巴西驻上海总领馆认证，闽粤桂琼湘滇贵七省出具的文书送巴西驻广州总领馆认证，使馆不再认证来自上述区域的文书。望广大企业遵照执行。

办-理大使馆认证（领事馆认证）需要提交哪些单证和文件？

1、用于通关结汇及涉外商贸活动的各类商业单证和证明文件，如：原产地证、商业Invoice、价格单、规格证明、重量证明、装箱单、提单、报关单、合同、检验检疫证/书、公证/书、保险单等；

2、其他与涉外商贸活动相关需办-理大使馆认证（领事馆认证）的文件。

 The application procedure for consular certification isgenerally that the commercial documents and documents submitted bythe company are certified by the Economic and Trade PromotionCouncil or other notary agencies and then certified by theCertification Office of the Consular Department of the Ministry ofForeign Affairs, and then sent to the corresponding embassy(consulate) in China for certification.

The role of consular authentication

1. The seal and signature of the documents submitted by theexporter can be proved by consular authentication, so as to serveas a kind of certification and introduction to foreigninstitutions.

2. As a necessary procedure for export settlement and animportant part of export trade, through consular authentication,the certified documents can be legally effective outside theterritory of the People’s Republic of China and be accepted by therelevant institutions of the importing country (such as banks,etc.) Recognized and accepted.

3. Passing consular certification allows the embassies(consulates) of the importing country in China to review my countryand its trade, especially the review and control of goods that theimporting country implements special trade policies (such asprohibition or import, anti-dumping).

领事认证的申办手续一般是企业提交的商业单据和文件经贸促会或其它公证机构认证后再由外交部领事司认证处认证，较后再送相应的驻华使（领）馆认证。

领事认证的作用

1、通过领事认证证明出口商所提交的单据文件的印章及签字真实，从而向域外机构起一种证明和介绍作用。

2、作为出口结汇的一个必经程序和出口贸易的一个重要环节，通过领事认证，可以使被认证的单据文件在中华人民共和国域外发生法律效力，并被进口国有关机构（如、银行等）所承认和接受。

3、通过领事认证可以使进口国的驻华使（领）馆对我国与其贸易进行审查，特别是就进口国实行特殊贸易政策（例加禁止或进口、反倾销）的货物实施审查并加以控制。
