通常双认证的资料有：产地证、 商业INV、装箱单、合同、报关单、营业执照、提单、等各类商业文件送各国领事馆双认证。

提交需双认证的各类单证一律用打字机缮制,手写无效。并要求做到清洁、完整、有效、凡修改处要盖申请单位校对章(每份单证使用校正章不得超过三处),提交时应注明各单证需双认证的份数。

双认证文件需要加手签的,应提供有效依据(如L/C等)。

所有单证双认证须在贸促会留底一份,留底的可以是影印件。

Usually the documents for dual certification include:certificate of origin, commercial INV, packing list, contract,customs declaration, business license, bill of lading, and othercommercial documents to be certified by consulates of variouscountries.

All types of documents that require dual authentication shall becopied with a typewriter, and handwriting is invalid. It isuired to be clean, complete, and effective. All revisions mustbe stamped with the proofreading seal of the applying unit (eachdocument must use no more than three revision stamps). The numberof copies of each document that needs to be double-certified shouldbe indicated when submitting.

If the dual certification documents need to be hand signed, avalid basis (such as L/C, etc.) should be provided.

A copy of all documents and dual certification must be kept inthe CCPIT, and the copy can be a photocopy.
