我国内地文书送国外使用，只办-理外国驻华使馆的使馆盖章可以吗？

　　答：不可以。因为外国驻华使馆不掌握我国国内公证/书或其他文书出证机构的签字或印章备案，难以核实文书真伪，所以要求文书必须先经盖章处或外交部委托的地方外办盖章，而后外国驻华使馆再确认盖章处或地方外办的印章、签字属实。

我国内地文书送国外使用，办-理使馆盖章对文书有何要求？

　　答：根据司法部有关规定，涉外公证/书只能由涉外公证处出具，在证词、格式、用纸等方面都有专门规定，而且必须有译文。普通公证/书不能办-理使馆盖章，不能送往国外使用。此外，对申请办-理使馆盖章的涉外公证/书和商业文书，不同的文书使用国驻华使馆在审核时有不同的要求。外交部认证司会及时将所掌握的外国使馆的新要求通报有关文书出证主管机*关，提醒其在出具文书时考虑文书使用国的相关要求。因此，当事人在向有关机构申请出具文书时，应该明确告知文书拟送往使用的country、使用目的及其他相关信息，以便相关机构准确出。

　　答：不可以。由于外交部委托可办-理使馆盖章的省级外办只掌握本省、区、市内涉外公证处或其他出证机构的签字或印章备案，对其它省份出具的文书不便核实真伪，不能为其办-理盖章。因此，当事人应到户口所在地、居住地或有关事实发生地的涉外公证处或其他机构申办公证/书或其他文书，并到该公证处或其他机构所属省级外办申请使馆盖章。
