我国内地文书送国外使用，只办-理外国驻华领事馆的领事馆加签可以吗？

　　答：不可以。因为外国驻华领事馆不掌握我国国内公证/书或其他文书出证机构的签字或印章备案，难以核实文书真伪，所以要求文书必须先经加签处或外交部委托的地方外办加签，而后外国驻华领事馆再确认加签处或地方外办的印章、签字属实。

我国内地文书送国外使用，办-理领事馆加签对文书有何要求？

　　答：根据司法部有关规定，涉外公证/书只能由涉外公证处出具，在证词、格式、用纸等方面都有专门规定，而且必须有译文。普通公证/书不能办-理领事馆加签，不能送往国外使用。此外，对申请办-理领事馆加签的涉外公证/书和商业文书，不同的文书使用国驻华领事馆在审核时有不同的要求。外交部认证司会及时将所掌握的外国领事馆的新要求通报有关文书出证主管机*关，提醒其在出具文书时考虑文书使用国的相关要求。因此，当事人在向有关机构申请出具文书时，应该明确告知文书拟送往使用的country、使用目的及其他相关信息，以便相关机构准确出。

　　 Answer: No. Because foreign consulates in China do not havethe signatures or seals of China’s domestic notarization/books orother document issuing agencies, and it is difficult to verify theauthenticity of the documents, the documents must first be endorsedby the endorsement office or the local foreign affairs officeentrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then the foreignconsulate in China will confirm the authenticity of the seal andsignature of the endorsement office or local foreign affairsoffice.

What are the re for the endorsement of the documentsfrom the Chinese mainland when the documents are sent abroad?

　　Answer: According to the relevant regulations of the Ministryof Justice, foreign-related notarizations/books can only be issuedby foreign-related notary offices. There are special regulations ontestimony, format, paper, etc., and translations must be provided.Ordinary notarization/books cannot be done-endorsed by theconsulate of the board of directors and cannot be sent abroad foruse. In addition, for foreign-related notarizations/books andcommercial documents endorsed by the application office-consulate,the consulates of different countries in China have differentre for review. The Certification Department of theMinistry of Foreign Affairs will promptly report the newre of foreign consulates to the relevant document issuingauthority, reminding them to consider the relevant re ofthe country of use when issuing documents. Therefore, when applyingto the relevant agency for the issuance of a document, the partyconcerned should clearly inform the country where the document isintended to be used, the purpose of use, and other relevantinformation so that the relevant agency can accurately issueit.
