1.国内领事加签中的“单加签”

所谓国内领事加签中的“单加签”，是指我国内出具的涉外公证/书或商业文书拟送往国外使用前，办-理好我国外交部领事司或其授权的地方外办的领事加签后，文书使用国告知，无需办-理该国驻华领事馆的领事加签，文书使用国即可接受该文书。这通常被叫做“单加签”。

3.如何知道要办-理单加签还是加签

一般情况下，应按照有关驻华领事馆和文书使用国的要求办-理单加签或加签。

 1. "Single endorsement" in the endorsement of domesticconsuls

The so-called “single endorsement” in the endorsement ofdomestic consuls refers to the procedures of the Department ofConsular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or itsauthorized local foreign affairs office before the foreign-relatednotarization/book or commercial document issued in China isintended to be sent abroad for use. After the consul endorses thedocument, the document user country informs that there is no needto process the endorsement by the consulate of that country inChina, and the document user country can accept the document. Thisis usually called "single endorsement".

2. The “endorsement” in the endorsement by the domesticconsul

The so-called “endorsement” refers to the fact that the consularendorsement of the consular office of the Department of ConsularAffairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or itsauthorized local foreign affairs office must be processed inaccordance with the re of the country where the documentis used. The consul of the country’s consulate in China endorses itbefore it can be accepted by the country using the document. Thisis usually called "endorsement."

3. How do I know whether to do-endorsement or endorsement?

Under normal circumstances, it should be done in accordance withthe re of the relevant consulates in China and thecountry where the document is used-to endorse the document.

　　（二）各个country对各种公证/书的时效有不同的规定，如意大利要求结婚公证/书有效期为3个月，阿根廷要求未刑公证/书2个月有效，奥地利要求未刑公证/书1个月有效，等等。鉴此，请您根据有关要求和需要及时办-理领事加签，并在办-理后尽快使用。

外国驻华领事馆为其本国公民出具的公证文书是否须中方领事加签？

　　答：外国驻华领事馆或驻内地及港澳领事馆为其本国公民出具的公证文书，可径在我国内地和港澳地区使用，无须办-理中方领事加签。
