一、概述
xcx系列粗选机是用于制浆造纸行业废纸处理流程，处理经高浓碎解后的浆料，收集并浓缩浆料中的杂质，以减轻后道工序中筛选和净化设备的负担。与高浓碎浆机配套使用，可缩短处理周期，避免杂质细化，提高碎解系统的生产能力。
该系列产品在高浓碎浆机之后，经高浓碎浆机碎解的浆料经过稀释后，在落差作用下进入机体内，由于泵的抽吸作用，浆料通过筛板进入良浆室，经出浆口排出；轻杂质在水压作用下送入圆筒筛处理，回收水和纤维，排出重渣。转子高速旋转起到清洗筛板的作用，以免筛孔堵塞；转子的特殊结构，避免了杂物的细化。
三、整机结构
本机主要由壳体、转子装置、底座、传动部分等组成。
壳体由钢板焊接而成，其端部焊有进浆口及重渣排出口，前部焊有轻渣出口，壳体两侧有底脚及底座相连。
本机主要由转子、主轴、出浆盘、筛板装置、轴承座、传动支架、大皮带轮等组成。转子为耐磨铸钢材料；筛板为不锈钢材料。
底座由钢板与槽钢焊成，用于支撑壳体及传动装置。
传动部分主要由电机、小皮带轮、电机支架及三角带组成。
