【产品简介】粒状重过磷酸钙（gtsp）是一种高浓度、水溶性的速效磷肥，其有效磷含量是普钙（ssp）的2.5～3.0倍。该产品可作基肥、追肥、种肥和生产复混肥的原料；广泛适用于水稻、小麦、玉米、高梁、棉花、瓜果、蔬菜等各种粮食作物和经济作物；广泛适用于红壤、黄壤、棕壤、黄潮土、黑土、褐土、紫色土、白浆土等各种土质，尤其适合于我国华北、东北、西北等缺磷地区施用。

【产品生产工艺流程描述】企业采用传统的化成法(den法)工艺进行生产。

磷矿粉（浆）与硫酸反应，进行液固分离，得到湿法稀磷酸。再经过浓缩得到浓磷酸。浓磷酸与磷矿粉进行混合（化成）反应，反应物料经过堆置熟化、造粒、干燥、筛分、（必要时进行防结块包裹）、冷却得到产品。

　　公司以科学发展观为指导，合理开发利用自然资源，坚持走循环经济的道路，坚持“循环型精细磷化工多联产关联多元化”的发展思路，首先在2005年与全国大经销商“徐州国华工贸有限公司”、贵阳市供电局“天毅公司”合作，共同组建“贵州开阳国华天鑫磷业有限公司”，合作开发精细磷化工产品，该项目总投资3亿多元，实施完毕后将实现年销售收入7.6亿元，年利税额1.3亿元，2005年底一期工程两台生产能力为7000吨/年的炉已建成投产。
另外，按公司2007—2010年五年规划公司正着手投资6亿元，依托公司完整的资源要素配置和中化涪陵在国内领先的湿法酸净化、节能工艺，构建公司循环型磷化工多联产系统，2010年实现销售收入15亿元。
