公司现拥有两座中型磷矿山，年生产能力可达100万吨以上、服务年限超过30年。同时，公司购进先进设备、整合技术力量，对已整合的磷、硫、煤等磷化工发展所需要素的相关资源进行后续勘探和开发，目前已拥有能形成产业规模的多处矿权，为实现循环经济磷化工产业链的延伸和可持续发展，打下了坚实的基础。
our company has two medium-sized phosphate rock mine， which canproduce more than one million tons a year and duration of serviceexceeds 30 years. meanwhile, our company purchased the advancede and integrated technology strength to further explorationand development of relevant resources which the integratedphosphorus, sulfur, coal, etc phosphorus chemical need. at present,our company has owned multiple mineral rights which form industrialscales. we lay a solid foundation for realizing the extending andsustainable development of phosphorus chemical industry chain inrecycling economy.
　　公司以科学发展观为指导，合理开发利用自然资源，坚持走循环经济的道路，坚持“循环型精细磷化工多联产关联多元化”的发展思路，首先在2005年与全国大经销商“徐州国华工贸有限公司”、贵阳市供电局“天毅公司”合作，共同组建“贵州开阳国华天鑫磷业有限公司”，合作开发精细磷化工产品，该项目总投资3亿多元，实施完毕后将实现年销售收入7.6亿元，年利税额1.3亿元，2005年底一期工程两台生产能力为7000吨/年的炉已建成投产。
另外，按公司2007—2010年五年规划公司正着手投资6亿元，依托公司完整的资源要素配置和中化涪陵在国内领先的湿法酸净化、节能工艺，构建公司循环型磷化工多联产系统，2010年实现销售收入15亿元。
