产品特点
长寿命长质保设计:优化电池极板合金材质配比,高密度耐腐蚀板珊筋条设计,另外兼顾功率与寿命的酸比重设计,电池设计浮充寿命长达12年以上;优化的氧循环通路设计以及合理的安全阀开闭阀压设置,电池在充电过程中产生的氧气能够及时有效的复合,克服了阀控电池失水问题,更好的保障了电池使用寿命。
容量足,倍率放电好:采用计算机辅助的高功率极板结构设计,并辅以合适的隔板,工艺设计,确保电池容量和功率特性。
安全性高:全系列电池均采用符合UL94-V0要求的ABS阻燃亮盖,Zui大限度的为客户降低了发生严重风险时的影响。
自放电率低:高纯度的原材料,保证电池在25℃室温下,静置28天,电池的自放电率≤3%,高于行业标准要求。
良好的电池一致性:采用自动化生产工艺,严格的质量控制体系,极板和电池一致性高,适用于多只串并联的浮充备用场景。

UPS选型配置方法(恒功率法)
UPS电池选型配置方法包括实时容量法、恒功率法、速算法、阶梯累加法等。考虑到UPS多数应用工况,恒功率算法在成本控制、性能满足上能够实现合理的配置,故而多数情况下我们推荐采用恒功率算法。对于客户指定或特殊应用场合的算法,请咨询山特服务人员。
计算因子: P总=UPS视在功率(Va); PP=电池总需求功率(W); V总=浮充总电压;V浮=12V或2V单体浮充电压; Pc=每个单格放电功率(W/cell); Pb=12V电池放电功率(W/battery);Pf=输出功率因数; η=逆变器效率; K=可靠性系数(1.0,1.25); Sn=电池串数节数;Pn=电池组并联数(1,2,3,4); t=备电时间。
计算步骤:
电池总需求功率 P = K * P总 * Pf / η;
计算电池串联数 Sn = V总 / V浮;
单体电池放电功率 Pb = P / (Sn * Pn);
每个单格放电功率 Pc = Pb / 6;

使用与维护(摘要)
使用环境:必须安装在有空调的室内,附近无明火、火花、热源等。避开阳光直射、潮湿、可能浸水及完全密闭场所。电池安装后间距保持在10~20mm;电池柜之间和电池柜与设备、墙壁间距保持150mm以上。多层安装时层间温度差控制在3℃以内。
补充电:储存温度≤20℃时,每9个月补充电一次;20℃~30℃时每6个月一次;31℃~40℃时每3个月一次。补充电方法:a)用13.5V/只恒压限流0.1C20A充电2~3天;b) 用14.1V/只恒压限流0.1C20A充电16小时。
放电终止电压:0.2C20A以下为10.8V;0.2~0.5C20A为10.5V;0.5~1.0C20A为10.2V;1.0C20A以上为9.6V。放电后不要存放,请立即补充电。
日常维护:每月检查浮充总电压、外观、温度、连接部位;每季度检查各电池浮充电压、内阻,并做充放电维护;每年做核对性放电试验或容量试验。
