山特电子(深圳)有限公司针对UPS行业更广泛的应用需求,特别推出了G系列12V阀控式铅酸胶体蓄电池。G系列电池产品采用酸性气相二氧化硅胶体吸收电解液,减少了气体的排出和水的损耗,从而降低容量衰减。G系列胶体蓄电池较普通蓄电池有更长的浮充使用寿命,具有更宽的温度应用范围。

产品特点
长寿命设计:G系列胶体蓄电池可容纳更多的电解液,正负极板表面被胶体覆盖,发生腐蚀的反应面积减小,延长了电池的浮充寿命,设计浮充寿命长达15年。
电能耗低:G系列胶体蓄电池浮充电流小,浮充充电能耗更低,升温较小,降低了电池热失控的风险。

UPS选型配置方法(恒功率法)
UPS电池选型配置方法包括实时容量法、恒功率法、速算法、阶梯累加法等。考虑到UPS多数应用工况,恒功率算法在成本控制、性能满足上能够实现合理的配置,故而多数情况下我们推荐采用恒功率算法。对于客户指定或特殊应用场合的算法,请咨询山特服务人员。
计算因子: P总=UPS视在功率(Va); PP=电池总需求功率(W); V总=浮充总电压;V浮=12V或2V单体浮充电压; Pc=每个单格放电功率(W/cell); Pb=12V电池放电功率(W/battery);Pf=输出功率因数; η=逆变器效率; K=可靠性系数(1.0,1.25); Sn=电池串数节数;Pn=电池组并联数(1,2,3,4); t=备电时间。
计算步骤:
电池总需求功率 P = K * P总 * Pf / η;
计算电池串联数 Sn = V总 / V浮;
单体电池放电功率 Pb = P / (Sn * Pn);
每个单格放电功率 Pc = Pb / 6;
