潮汕牛肉火锅品牌“八合里”也打出“非遗汕头牛肉火锅”、“新鲜只是门槛 唯一非遗才”字样。

来自内蒙古的清真烧麦全产业链品牌“张小聚”,在展位上方的横栏上,直接打出“非遗烧麦制作技艺”几个大字。

广东永昊食品、大佬辉食品都将顺德美食“非遗”鱼面作为主推产品之一。
还有嵊州小笼包企业——浙江包行食品、杭州包舍食品等,都打出了“非遗制作技艺”牌。其中包舍食品介绍包括“包舍非遗工坊、绍兴”等,包行食品介绍包括“嵊州小笼包制作技艺 浙江省级非遗代表性项目”等。
为什么这么多企业集体开打“非遗”牌?有了“非遗”标签,客户真的会优先选择、尝试甚至合作吗?
不同于各种“”基本由各类认证机构来“操盘”,我国“非物质文化遗产”申报按照县(区)、市级、省级、四级保护体系,由不同级别的文化主管部门或其指定机构来受理。而且申报需遵循“属地管理”原则,一般从县(区)级开始逐级申报,不得跨级申报。
