    The 2026 Shanghai (Asia) Chocolate Exhibition will be held from November 10th to 12th, 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As the only chocolate professional exhibition in Asia that covers the entire industry chain, this exhibition is hosted by Shanghai Bohua International Exhibition Co., Ltd., continuing its professional accumulation in the fields of food and beverage and leisure food for more than 20 years. For the first time, "chocolate" is systematically integrated as an independent vertical category - from cocoa bean cultivation traceability, refining and temperature control technology, functional raw material innovation, to intelligent chocolate machinery, sustainable packaging solutions, to high-end gift box design and cross-border retail channel docking, forming a complete value chain that runs through upstream resources, midstream manufacturing and downstream consumption. Unlike general and comprehensive food exhibitions, this exhibition takes the implicit narrative of "cocoa's Asian evolution theory" as the main thread, redefining the discourse coordinates of the Asian chocolate industry in the dual context of global supply chain reconstruction and local consumption upgrading.

    Deep coupling of the entire industry chain: from cocoa farms to urban boutique stores

    The exhibition will set up five themed exhibition areas: Chocolate Candy Exhibition, Chocolate Gift Box Exhibition, Chocolate Raw Material Exhibition, Chocolate Machinery Exhibition, and the newly added "Asia Cocoa Sustainable Development Forum" supporting exhibition area. Among them, the raw material exhibition area has confirmed the introduction of local cocoa suppliers from Ghana, Ivory Coast, Indonesia, and Yunnan Pu'er in China. The latter, with its mountainous microclimate and organic fermentation process at an altitude of over 1200 meters, is becoming the new favorite of global boutique chocolate brands. It is worth noting that the low-temperature anaerobic fermentation technology jointly developed by Yunnan Tropical Agricultural Science Academy and Swiss University of Applied Sciences Zurich has completed the validation of three sets of Chinese manufacturers' production line adaptation during the pre exhibition technology docking meeting.
