劈木机是木片加工行业的一项重要辅助设备，主要有龙门式、卧式、大型立式双缸三大系列。其功能是采用液压工作原理将树墩、大型树杈、大型圆木段以及较坚硬的木料劈开，以达到削片机进料尺寸的要求，或将原料劈成其他用途的材料。一般行程规格有1000㎜、1500㎜、1200㎜，公称压力有35吨左右。

EN 609-1:2017适用范围：
This European Standard specifies the safety re, and theirverification for the design and construction of horizontal andvertical wedge splitters, designed for splitting logs for firewood,irrespective of the nature of the power source used. This standarddeals with wedge splitters that are designed so that the splittingoperation is activated by one person only, however it isforeseeable that other operators may be working with the machinee.g. for loading or unloading.
