水泥搅拌桩是指软基处理的一种有效形式，是一种将水泥作为固化剂的主剂，利用搅拌桩机将水泥喷入土体并充分搅拌，使水泥与土发生一系列物理化学反应，使软土硬结而提高地基强度。水泥搅拌桩按主要使用的施工做法分为单轴、双轴和三轴搅拌桩。20世纪70年代，开始用水泥搅拌桩加固软土地基，已有40多年的历史。它是通过特制的深层搅拌机，将软土和水泥（固化剂）强制搅拌，并利用水泥和软土之间所产生的一系列物理、化学反应，使土体固结，形成具有整体性、水稳定性和一定强度的水泥土桩。该工艺主要用于软土地基的处理。

EN536:2015适用范围：

This European Standard specifies the safety re applicableto stationary and relocatable mixing plants for the production ofmaterials (e.g. hot-mix asphalt, cold-mix asphalt, cement gravel)used for the construction and maintenance of traffic routes (roads,highways, sidewalks, airfields, etc.) water retaining works, damwalls, culverts, etc. This European Standard applies to thefollowing types of mixing plant:

a) hot asphalt mixing plant;

b) cold mixing plant (e.g. for production of cement gravel, coldmix asphalt);

c) mixing plant for bituminous or non-bituminous reclaimedmaterials;

d) mixing plant for mastic asphalt, also including naturalasphalt.

Machines moving during the working process (e.g. mobile masticasphalt mixers) and crushers are not covered by this EuropeanStandard.

本欧洲标准规定了适用于固定式和可移动式搅拌站的安全要求，用于生产用于交通路线（道路、公路、人行道、机场等）、挡水工程、坝墙、涵洞、，本欧洲标准适用于以下类型的搅拌站：

a） 热沥青搅拌站；

b） 冷拌设备（例如，用于生产水泥砾石、冷拌沥青）；

d） 玛蹄脂沥青搅拌站，也包括天然沥青。

本欧洲标准不包括在工作过程中移动的机器（如移动式沥青玛蹄脂搅拌机）和破碎机。
