安徽白胡椒质量检测 黑胡椒胡椒碱含量检测

1范围

木标准规定了整粒白胡椒(piper nigruml.)和白胡椒粉的技术要求、试验方法以及包装,标志。本标准适用于白胡椒的质量评定及其贸易。

本标准不适用于轻质白胡椒。

黑胡椒black pepper有外果皮的胡椒干果。

白胡椒white pepper去掉外果皮的胡椒果。

加工的白胡椒white pepper processed经清洗、干燥.制备、研磨等加工的白胡椒。
