this machine is specially designed for moulding of pe shoe lasts. rational structure, consecutive production, simple operation, low noise, non-airhole for finish products are its great strengths, which make it the premier production e for sho last factories. it is composed by two machines: a special extruder mainframe and a bidirectional mould clamping machine. materials are conveyed by the bucket and are pushed and 2nd compressed to be platicized(and exhausting) into fluid materials in high temperature and pressure and then are injected into the flowing path. when connecting the bidirectional control valve, material flow direcion is alternately moulding and working (no need to stop and change mould). after cooling and finalizing, the finished products is complete.
