该机组专用于挤出成型，各种纵向断面相同、横向断面不对称的连续异型材制品，原料出模口，由水箱、水槽冷却定型，经辅机牵引及切口为制品。挤出制品具有材质结构紧密、力学强度高、表观光泽好，在建筑、装璜、家具、电器等领域中得到广泛的应用（如典型的门窗结构，屋顶板材、扶手、壁材、带条，包条等）改变机筒螺杆的结构型式，可对pvc、pe、pp等多种塑料进行加工。
