pvoc认证, 即出口前符合性认证,是由乌干达标准局(unbs)发起执行的.其目的是为:

- 确保进口到乌干达的产品按照乌干达标准局认可的标准和技术法规满足安全、健康和环保要求。

- 为乌干达消费者提供进口产品远离潜在危险的保障并保证进口产品的适用性。

- 为避免因发现所运货物包含危险和不安全产品而导致的昂贵误港和货物的拒收。

- 为帮助诚实和遵纪守法的进口商以及出口商不会有被拒的情况而能快速完成清关程序。

- 为使清关程序更合理化，促进健康和公平的竞争以及与不安全和危险货物做斗争。

乌干达pvoc认证流程

.乌干达pvoc认证模式a，即一次性检验及测试模式详细介绍出口商联系所在国的乌干达pvoc认证机构,提交填写好的认证申请书(rfc)和本批货物的形式发票,或者由乌干达进口商提交进口声明表格(idf)和形式发票复印件,启动乌干达pvoc认证程序.

1)外观质量(visual ) ：如检查外观是否生锈，破损等

2)数量() ：按比例开箱清点数量

3)包装(packing) ：检查大小包装和外箱的唛头是否满足要求

4)标识(marking) ：检查产品标签是否满足要求，特别是原产地标志。将是重点。

5）拍照：现场拍摄验货的照片，包括产品标签，包装唛头和大货整体照片。以及包装情况照片。

uganda pvoc certification mode a, i.e. one-time inspection andtest mode, introduces in detail that the exporter contacts theugandan pvoc certification authority in his country to submit thecompleted application for certification (rfc) and the proformainvoice of this batch of goods, or the ugandan importer shallsubmit the import declaration form (idf) and the copy of proformainvoice to start the uganda pvoc certification procedure

2) : open the box and count the according tothe proportion

5) photo: take photos of inspection on site, including productlabel, packing mark and bulk cargo photo. and the picture ofpacking condition.
