同一货物的票据一正三副，是否都需要认证？

　　同一货物的票据的副本是否需要办-理领事认证，是由文书使用国决定的。如文书使用国要求对有关票据的副本办-理领事认证，则应按对方的要求办-理。在办-理领事认证前，有关票据的副本上也应加盖出证机*关的印章。

通常认证的资料有：产地证、 商业inv、装箱单、合同、报关单、营业执照、提单、等各类商业文件送各国大使馆认证加签。

俄罗斯使馆出台新规:

近日，俄罗斯驻上海总领馆出台了一项新的规定：凡是已经过俄方公司盖章的合同或协议类文件，使馆不再受理相关认证申请。对此，俄领馆给出的理由是，文件已经经过俄方确认，没有再做领事认证的必要。请广大企业在送办文件时务必注意。

俄罗斯上海领馆认证要求如下：

1、领馆对认证文件的俄文翻译要求比较高，存在退件的可能，建议企业只做英文件，只可送上海领馆办-理。

2、授权书须有签字、盖章及签署日期，签字只可法人签，并注明签字人的职务。

3、商业invoice、价格单、报关单、外销合同、供货商证明等部分文件领馆不予认证。

4、文件日期不能与当前日期相差太久（三个月内为宜）。

5、国外证/书（包括tuv、、dnv等）领馆不予认证，任何形式都不可认证。
