　　同一货物的票据的副本是否需要办-理领事馆认证，是由文书使用国决定的。如文书使用国要求对有关票据的副本办-理领事馆认证，则应按对方的要求办-理。在办-理领事馆认证前，有关票据的副本上也应加盖出证机*关的印章。

领事馆认证的范围

　 其范围主要有：

　　 （1）贸促会系统所签发的一般原产地证；

　　（2）由贸促会签证机构认证的涉外商业单据文件。常见的有：商业inv、箱单、价格单、船公司证明、提单、装箱单、保险单等；

　　 （3）根据进口国或进口商的要求，需要办-理领事馆认证的其它有关单据文件。

　　 在实际业务中，需要办-理领事馆认证的单据文件为常见的是原产地证和商业inv。

　　 对商业单据文件（如原产地证）予以领事馆认证，通常在信用证中作如下规定：“the certificate of originshould be legalized by embassy orconsulate”（中国贸促会出具的原产地证明，必须由某国领事馆予以认证）。
