r-22制冷剂，别名r22、氟利昂22、f-22、hcfc-22、二氟一氯甲烷，商品名称有freon 22、genetron22等，中文名称二氟一氯甲烷，英文名称chlorodifuoromethane，化学式chclf2。

※ r-22使用限制：

由于r-22属于hcfc类物质(第二批受限的ods物质class ii ozone-depletingsubstances)——对臭氧层有破坏、并且存在温室效应，因此在发达地方(欧盟、日本、美国)，已经停止了在新空调、制冷设备上的初装;

根据蒙特利尔协议规定，发达地方于1996年开始冻结消费基数，给予24年的缓冲期，将在2020年完全淘汰第二代hcfc类制冷剂的使用。发展中地方淘汰进程略慢于发达地方，必须于2013年冻结生产和消费量，将从2015年开始削减，给予17年的缓冲期，并于2030年完全淘汰使用；

我国自2013年开始已经对第二代hcfc制冷剂的消费和生产实施配额政策，从2013年的30.8万吨消减到2015年的27.4万吨，到2020年将剩下20万吨左右，2030年则完全淘汰。

 

r-22包装规格

一次性钢瓶：10kg、13.6kg、22.3kg、22.7kg；可重复使用高压钢瓶包装(需回收包装钢瓶)：400kg、800kg、isotank。

r-22储存、运输

r-22制冷剂钢瓶为带压容器，储存时应远离火种、热源、避免阳光直接曝晒，通常储放于阴凉、干燥和通风的仓库内;搬运时应轻装、轻卸，防止钢瓶以及阀门等附件破损。

 

r-22配套使用冷冻机油

通常与r-22制冷剂配用的冷冻机油有：冰熊3mo、4mo、suniso 3gs、4gs、5gs、kunlun3gs、4gs、5gs、reflube se220 、cp-4214-320、bp lpt68、 capellawf68等;在不同设备、不同应用场所终使用何种冷冻油，应遵照冷冻压缩机和制冷(空调)设备厂商的建议、或根据该制冷压缩机、制冷设备使用的具体情况来确定使用同等设计和技术员要求的冷冻机润滑油，即选用对等的冷冻机油。
