Alseal HX

标头，提供光滑的表面效果，可打磨成镜面光泽。alseal hx is a coating compositionformulated for protecting ferrous alloys from both high temperatureheat oxidation and at

the same time offer sacrificial (cathodic) protection to thebase metal. hx was formulated especially for application to

headers, providing a smooth finish that may be burnished to amirror shine.

because of its high temperature capabilities, it offersexcellent protection when exposed to cyclic high temperatureand

corrosive salt environments, continuing to provide sacrificialproperties at temperatures to 1150f. although a ceramic

coating, it combines thermal stability, excellent adhesion andhardness, along with good flexibility... a property not foundin

most ceramic coatings. as mentioned above it offers saltcorrosive protection to 1150°f. at about 1200°f. the aluminum

oxidizes to a point where it no longer provides its excellentsacrificial properties, however, it will continue to offerexcellent

heat oxidation continuously to 1600°f. and in some cases,depending on metal substrate, has offered heat oxidation

protection to 2200°f
