领馆签章的概念：

领馆签章是指我国外交机构和/或外国驻我国领馆在涉外文件上确认我国公证、签章机关或某些特殊机*关的签字或印章属实。经过签章的文件具有境外法律效力，为文件使用国有关 当局所承认。

领馆签章的办-理程序是怎样的？

1、 准备好签章的资料，同时以现金、转帐、支票的形式预交签章费；

2、 快递需签章的单证和文件至我们办-理；我们送到各驻华领馆签章；

3、 证/书返回后，通知企业领取或递送已签章的单证和文件。

具体的办-理时间和收费标准是怎样的？

领馆签章的时间：平件一般为15个工作日，急件一般为7个工作日；根据领馆签章的国别不同，收费也有所不同，包括：各驻华领馆或驻港领馆签章费+协会代办费（含单证往返快递费、税费等）。

The signature of the consulate means that the Chinese diplomaticagency and/or the foreign consulate in my country confirms theauthenticity of the signature or seal of the Chinese notary, thesigning authority or some special authority on foreign-relateddocuments. The signed document has the legal effect abroad and isrecognized by the relevant authority of the country where thedocument is used.

What is the processing procedure for the consulate'ssignature?

1. Prepare the signature materials, and pay the signature fee inadvance in the form of cash, transfer, or check;

2. The documents and documents that need to be signed forexpress delivery are handled by us; we send them to the consulatesin China for signing;

3. After the certificate/book is returned, notify the enterpriseto receive or deliver the signed documents and documents.
