可通过以下几种方式查询验证认证出的文件信息：

1、一般各个country加签认证出的印章有自己特定country的标志，可将认证出的文件扫描并发给国外客户或者朋友验证。

2、由于北京、上海交各国使领馆的认证的文件都需经中国外交部领事司认证，外交部领事司对每一份文件都有唯一认证编号，每一编号对应一份文件，此编号在外交部认证出的标签上，是8位-3位的编号（详见下图说明），前8位数为文件的认证编号，后3位数为提交认证文件同一批次在此认证号的文件数。通过外交部领事司认证进展查询电话可查询文件的认证状态，外交部领事司，等电脑语音将要落时迅速输入8位认证号按#号结束，一定要连贯迅速输入，间隔时间不要超过2秒，否则电脑语音会自动返回上级菜单。

华南地区分中国香港使馆加签和北京使馆加签，并不是全国的，华东地区的，有些可以在上海使馆加签。目前可以在中国香港使馆加签的使馆有：埃及，沙特，阿联酋，阿根廷，科威特，阿曼，巴林，巴西。其中，阿根廷和巴西只认证中国香港公司的文件。

文件需西文翻译的使馆：玻利维亚、多米尼加、哥伦比亚、哥斯达黎加、委内瑞拉、乌拉圭、西班牙，等；（我司提供英文、西文、俄文等翻译服务）

企业文件可自行翻译并盖章，官/方或其他组织机构的文件，需翻译公司翻译，并应提供翻译公司的营业执照副本复印件。

委内瑞拉、乌拉圭、西班牙为上海领馆办-理，贸促会不提供翻译服务；其他在北京使馆认证的，贸促会可代为翻译，但要另收费，并延长办-理时间；

* 企业只做纯西文的文件认证的，需提供一份中文翻译件作为佐证材料。

文件要求：

　　1、下列使馆要求所有认证文件一式两件：

菲律宾、泰国、委内瑞拉、乌兹别克斯坦、意大利、土耳其。其中 一份供使馆留底（不收认证费）

　　2、下列使馆要求提供认证文件的复印件，复印件份数如 下表：
