已经在外国的涉外公证/书，是否可以向我国驻外使馆申办使馆认证？

　　答：我国驻外使馆不掌握国内公证处或其他出证机构的签字或印章备案，不便核实文书真伪，因此原则上不受理国内出具的公证/书或其他文书的认证申请。当事人应将文书送回国内，按正常程序补办认证处或外交部委托的地方外办的使馆认证和文书使用国驻华使馆的认证手续。

一些使馆认证的个别要求：

*巴基斯坦使馆涉及金额的商业文件不予认证；

*哥伦比亚使馆要求授权书必须和营业执照一起认证；

*科威特使馆要求Invoice必须与产地证及白色产地证一起认证

蓝色产地证必须与白色产地证一起认证

*利比亚使馆单认产地证需附正本Invoice，按Invoice金额收费；

*印度尼西亚使馆在办-理药品、医疗器械、保/健/品、化妆品类的文件时，需提供生产许*可*证、销售证/书、GMP证/书、营业执照、授权书、产品承认说明；

*Pakistan Embassy's commercial documents involving the amount ofmoney will not be certified;

*The Colombian Embassy requires the authorization letter to beauthenticated with the business license;

*The Kuwaiti Embassy requires Invoice to be certified togetherwith the certificate of origin and the white certificate oforigin

The blue certificate of origin must be certified together withthe white certificate of origin

*The original Invoice must be attached to the Libyan Embassy'scertificate of origin, and the charge will be based on the amountof the invoice;

*The Indonesian Embassy is required to provide productionpermits* certificates, sales certificates/books, GMPcertificates/books, business licenses, authorization letters, andproducts when handling documents related to drugs, medicale, health care/products, and cosmetics. Acknowledgementstatement
