不定形料,耐热性好，成形温度范围宽，流通性差。吸潮小，但对水比较敏感，需经干躁解决。成形缩水率小，易产生熔化裂开和应力，故应严控成形标准，塑料件需经退火处理。
熔化溫度高，黏度高，超过200g的塑料件，宜用加热型的拓宽喷头。
塑料流通性差，磨具浇筑系统软件以粗、短为标准，宜设冷料井，进胶口宜取大，磨具宜加温。
料温过低会导致欠料，塑料件暗淡无光，料温过高易溢边，塑料件出泡。模温低时缩水率小、延伸率小、耐冲击抗压强度低，抗弯强度、抗压强度、抗拉强度低。模温超出120度时塑件制冷慢，易形变粘模
塑料件壁不适合太厚，应匀称，防止有斜角和空缺原材料特点/pc塑胶
抗压强度高，抗抗拉强度69mpa、抗弯曲强度96mpa。
耐热，长期性应用能耐130摄氏溫度自然环境。
透光性好，。

pc应取高流通性型号。适用翻盖机与在极端自然环境下应用的手机上。
