我国内地文书送国外使用，办-理领事认证对文书有何要求？

　　答：根据司法部有关规定，涉外公证/书只能由涉外公证处出具，在证词、格式、用纸等方面都有专门规定，而且必须有译文。普通公证/书不能办-理领事认证，不能送往国外使用。此外，对申请办-理领事认证的涉外公证/书和商业文书，不同的文书使用国驻华使领馆在审核时有不同的要求。外交部领事司会及时将所掌握的外国使领馆的新要求通报有关文书出证主管机*关，提醒其在出具文书时考虑文书使用国的相关要求。因此，当事人在向有关机构申请出具文书时，应该明确告知文书拟送往使用的country、使用目的及其他相关信息，以便相关机构准确出。

points to note when signing the embassy certificate oforigin:

d:产地证签发日期不能早于ci日期。

e:收货人要有详细公司名及地址；

f:产地证第8栏，要求打四位,但根据信用证客户要求打六位、八位、十位等双数也可以。

不予认证的规定.
