　　 （3）根据进口国或进口商的要求，需要办-理领事馆盖章的其它有关单据文件。

　　 在实际业务中，需要办-理领事馆盖章的单据文件为常见的是原产地证和商业inv。

　　 对商业单据文件（如原产地证）予以领事馆盖章，通常在信用证中作如下规定：“the certificate of originshould be legalized by embassy orconsulate”（中国贸促会出具的原产地证明，必须由某国领事馆予以盖章）。

领事馆盖章是指一国外交、领事馆机构及其授权机构在公证文书或其他证明文书上，确认公证机构、相应机*关或者盖章机构的较后一个签字或者印章属实的活动。由于领事馆盖章的特殊作用，可以形象地将其比喻为发给涉外文书的“签证”。
