injectionmolding process conditions: drying treatment: drying treatmentbefore processing is necessary. the humidity should be less than0.04% , the drying condition should be 90 ~ 110c, 2 ~ 4 hours.melting temperature: 230 ~ 300c. mold temperature: 50 ~ 100c.injection pressure: depends on the plastic part. injection rate: ashigh as possible. chemical and physical properties: pc / abs hasthe comprehensive characteristics of both pc and abs. examplesinclude the machinability of abs and the excellent mechanicalproperties and thermal stability of pcs. the ratio of the two willaffect the thermal stability of pc / abs. the pc / abs blend alsoexhibits excellent flow properties. the shrinkage is around 0.5%.

pc/abs简单特性如下

pc+abs是属于无定形的热塑性塑胶聚合物，是pc和abs的共混物。pc+abs就是以pc料为主，加入一定量的abs，abs+pc是以abs为主加入一定量的pc来改善性能，达到一定的性能来节约成本的效果。

特点

1、综合性能较好,冲击强度较高,化学稳定性,电性能良好.

2、与372有机玻璃的熔接性良好,制成双色塑件,且可表面镀铬,喷漆处理.

3、有高抗冲、高耐热、阻燃、增强、透明等级别。

4、流动性比hips差一点，比pmma、pc等好，柔韧性好。

8、较高的热变形温度（80～125℃）
