本公司现生产一种新型免焊环保灯头，此产品有以下三部分内容组成：

(1)主体部分：灯头螺纹金属，材质铜镍、铝镍、铁镍3种可选;
(2)绝缘部分：pbt塑胶件，颜色白、绿、黑等多种;
(3)配件部分：金属铆钉，有铜镍、铝镍、铁镍3种材质;

具体操作方法：

灯头螺纹主体与pbt塑胶绝缘件固定为一体，绝缘件上有内孔、电源引线槽，电源线从内孔穿出后，侧弯放置在电源引线槽内，绝缘件上设金属铆钉，二者活动连接，金属铆钉配合与绝缘件和灯头螺纹主体组成的整体及电源线固定在一起，成为一个电极，实现灯头与电源线的连接。

产品优点：

改变了普通焊接灯头用高温焊锡焊接固定电源线工艺，消除了焊接对环境造成的危害并节省了能源，其装配工艺简单，包装方便。外表美观.(不用在为灯头焊接的不美观而苦恼!)
