（二）开车前准备：

1、检查地脚螺栓的坚固情况。

2、检查传动皮带松紧程度及安装设备是否安装妥善。

3、检查进、出水管是否进气、漏水。

4、检查填料松紧是否适宜。

5、检查电动机和水泵轴心线是否在同一直线上，直联时，混流泵销售，电动机旋转方向是否符合泵的旋转方向。

6、检查泵内有无障碍，轴是否卡住，排污混流泵销售，用手转动应轻无杂音。

1. check the foundation bolts if they are firm.

2. check the degree of tightness of drive belt and check the

installation if it is suitable.

3.check the water–in and outpipes if they are leaking water andair.

4.check the degeree of tightness of padding if it issuitable.

motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line and checkthe direction

of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotationdirection of pump.

    6.check the

pump if there are barriers ， if the axile locks， there should beno noises when

turing it by hand.

 5.impeller clashes the front cover

 6.the belt is too tight

 1、降低转速

 2、校直

 3、拧松压盖螺栓或将填料取出打扁一些

 4、更换轴承

 5、调整叶轮端面轴向间隙

 6、适应放松

 1.reduce the rotate speed

 2.straightening

 3.loose the cap blot or take our the

 padding and make it more flat

 4.change the bearing

 5.ajust the end play of impeller end face

 6.loose the belt to suitable degree
