俄罗斯报关单认证办理程序

俄罗斯russia，出口到俄罗斯的货物经常会有国外客户那边要求提供一份出口报关单，英文：customsdeclaration for export of the peoples’ republic of china或出口声明(exportdeclaration）的一个商会认证，2个都是一样的文件，叫法不同，都属于报关单的一个认证

那么报关单商会需要提供什么资料呢？

报关单无纸化后做商会认证需要提供，一份企业保函，一份报关单声明函，还有一份委托书，加报关单盖章的复印件，文件在贸促会（也就是商会）做成证明书的形式

报关单声明函格式如下：

我司保证本声明附件的出口货物报关单复印件的内容均属实且与实际报关和出口内容一致。如出现违反相关法律法规，伪造、篡改等与实际申报事实不符的情况，由此产生的法律责任由我司承担。
