申请单位如何办-理领事认证？

已在贸促会办-理原产地证注册的申请单位需填写《代理领事认证申请表》，提交需要办-理领事认证的文件，未在贸促会办-理原产地证注册的申请单位还需提交个人的明（或护*照）、单位介绍信、营业执照及贸促会认为有必要提供的其他佐证。对于以“国际商事证明书”形式办-理的文件，须另外填写《办-理国际商事证明书申办表》，提供有效的营业执照。

　　（一）不同国家对送往该国使用的涉外公证/书、相关证明或单据有不同要求，当您在向涉外公证处提出办-理公证/书的申请时，应先明确告知文书拟送往使用的国家、使用目的及其他相关信息，以便公证机构准确出证。

　　（二）各个国家对各种公证/书的时效有不同的规定，如意大利要求结婚公证/书有效期为3个月，阿根廷要求未刑公证/书2个月有效，奥地利要求未刑公证/书1个月有效，等等。鉴此，请您根据有关要求和需要及时办-理领事认证，并在办-理后尽快使用。
