香港公司注册证书(companyregistration certificate)

　　香港有限公司的“公司注册证书”(ci)相当于国内公司的营业执照，是公司注册处颁发的，每个公司都有一个唯一的公司编号，香港那边不叫“营业执照”。

　　商业登记证(businessregistration certificate)

　　所有商业机构 (不论属有限公司、独资经营或合夥经营) 必须向税务局辖下的商业登记署办理商业登记，已登记业务必须缴付登记费以领取商业登记证。香港《商业登记条例》规定，任何在香港经营业务的人士，均须在开业后1个月内，为业务申请商业登记，并将有效的商业登记证在营业地点展示。如登记资料有所变更，经营者须在1个月内以书面通知香港特别行政区政府税务局。

　　通俗意义上讲，香港公司的商业登记证(br)相当于内地公司的税务登记证。
