模特儿工艺简要图文说明：

前言：我司采用业界品牌列的亚邦、富菱两公司生产的高强度不饱和树脂；采用以拉伸强度大、密度高的玻璃纤维毡；固化剂；促进剂；滑石粉为主要材料；表面油漆为环保型的上海同迈公司生产的油漆；纸箱硬度高；配件材质选用国标金属材料精工制作而成。

一、具体工艺流程如下：

研发——雕塑——确认定稿——开石膏模具——样品雏形——制胚——出样定稿——开成品玻璃钢模具——初胚——检验——修胚——检验——三至四遍底漆——品质检验——二至三遍面漆——检验——总检验——包装——预备出厂。

二、工艺流程所需时间如下：（以每一台样品模特儿为准）

研发，雕塑（10-15天）——确认定稿（2-3）——开石膏模具（1天）——样品雏形（1天）——制胚（2-3天）——出样定稿（2-3天）——开成品玻璃钢模具（5-10天）——初胚、检验（1天）——修胚、检验（1天）——底漆、品质检验（1天）——面漆、品质检验、总检验（1天）——包装预备出厂（1天）。

备注：1、本条款中：如果客人要开发有自主版权的模特儿单个所需要的时间，如果客人要求时间紧凑，我司可采用加班制和轮班制为客户提供周密、周到的服务。从而保证了为我们客户准时，保质的出货。

2、本条款中，如果客人无需拥有自主版权的模特儿或客人提供拥有自主版权的成品原模，则制作单个模特儿的时间可以省去“研发、雕塑——确认定稿——开石膏模具——样品雏形”几道工序的操作。
