pps raw material 6165a6 nc processing technology:(1) injectionmolding: universal injection molding machine can be used, glassfiber reinforced pps melting index of 50 is appropriate. theprocess conditions of injection molding are as follows: cylindertemperature, pure pps is 280~330℃, 40%gfpps is 300-350℃; nozzletemperature, pure pps is 305℃, 40%gfpps is 330℃; mold temperature120-180℃; injection pressure, 50-130mpa.(2) extrusion: exhaustextruder is used. the process is as follows: the temperature offeeding section is less than 200℃; feed barrel temperature300-340℃, connector temperature 320-340℃, die temperature300-320℃.(3) molding: suitable for large products, using twocompression, cooling, hot pressing. the preheating temperature ofpps was 360℃ for 15min, and that of gfpps was 380℃ for 20min. moldpressure is 10~30mpa, cooling to 150℃ stripping.(4) spray molding:the method of suspension spraying and the mixing method ofsuspension spraying and dry powder hot spraying are adopted. pps issprayed onto the metal surface, and then the coating is obtainedafter plasticizing and the treatment temperature of ppscoating is above 300℃, and the insulation is kept for 30min.
