oxymat 61氧分析仪应用于标准的工业应用场合，是一种经济的解决方案。oxymat61分析仪采用环境空气作为其参比气体。参比气可由一个集成在分析仪内的抽气泵来供给。另外，也可使用瓶装压缩气作为参比气体。

oxymat 6分析仪，利用顺磁原理通过改变压力，对氧进行测量。由此，可保证理想的线性度，在一台分析仪中实现从zui小测量范围0 -2%到zui大测量范围0 - 之间任意设定测量范围。
